The Most Accessible Tower in Perth
QV.1 makes a striking impression on the Perth skyline. Located at the western end of the Central Business District, it is readily accessible by all forms of public transport and also provides on-site parking for over 1,000 cars.

QV.1's proximity and easy accessibility to freeways and major arterial roads to the north and south, and to the Graham Farmer Freeway to the east, mean that tenants and visitors travelling to and from the building by car can avoid busy central-city intersections.

The Executive Car Park
Comprising 155 bays, the Executive Car Park is located beneath the office tower. An escalator connects the car park to the main lobby and lifts provide direct access to all office levels in the Tower, subject to security arrangements and after-hours access controls. There is a separate loading bay area in the Executive Car Park for deliveries.

QV.1 Car Park
This car park is located in Hay Street and comprises 914 car bays, 394 of which are currently allocated to tenant parking with the remaining 520 currently allocated to public parking. Unlike most other car parks in Perth, the QV.1 Car Park offers 24-hour casual parking. Two lifts service all five levels of the car park, connecting them to the main pedestrian entry and egress in Hay Street. There is also a pedestrian bridge over Hay Street linking the car park to the Upper Plaza level of the QV.1 office tower.

Vehicle access to the QV.1 Car Park is via Murray Street.
